I ordered a few photo prints and was a little nervous about how the colors would turn out, since that can be hit or miss. Thankfully, they looked really close to what I was seeing on my screen. The skin tones looked natural, not too red or off, and even the darker photos still had good detail. I didn’t feel like I needed to go back and re-edit anything, which was reassuring. I’m happy with the prints and would use them again

My prints arrived in perfect shape... the box was solid, and everything inside was wrapped up nice and tight. Not a single bent corner. I was a little nervous about having photos shipped, but the packaging was really well done.

The design tool was really simple to figure out, and I didn’t feel confused at any point. I was able to put my photo book together quickly, which was a nice surprise.

I felt like the prices were fair for what you get. Like, the quality matched what I paid, nothing felt overpriced, and I didn’t walk away feeling ripped off or disappointed. It’s kind of the kind of thing where you compare it to other places, like buying a decent meal, a good pair of shoes, or even just a solid everyday item, and you can tell the value is there. Overall, I’m happy with it and don’t really have any complaints.

I really liked how many custom options there were. It was super easy to use, and I could tweak things just the way I wanted without any hassle. Definitley made it feel more personal

Uploading my pics was really straightforward and everything went through without any issues. I didn’t run into anything major, maybe the process could be a tiny bit faster, but overall it was simple and worked well.

The first thing I noticed when my Printique photos arrived was the paper itself. It just felt sturdy in my hands, not thin or bendy like prints I’ve gotten from a few other places.

The matte finish also made the photos look really clean, and the colors came through nicely without looking too shiny or washed out. Even the darker shots looked smooth, so based on that experience, I’d use them again for prints I actually want to hold onto...

They weren’t terrible or unusable, just not quite what I expected for the price

My order showed up later than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying, but it turned out okay in the end. That part could’ve been better, but overall it was fine.

My order showed up with a print problem, the colors were kind of off, and one corner was bent, which was disappointing. I contacted support and sent over some photos. They did get back to me, so that was good, but it took a couple days and I was getting a little annoyed by then.

In the end, they reprinted it for free, and I do appreciate that. The replacement looked way better, like actually what I expected the first time. Still, I’m giving 3 stars because the whole process dragged out longer than I wanted, and I had to follow up once, which was not the worst thing ever but also not super great

The colors usually match my edits closely, and I like having solid paper options to choose from depending on the job. Shipping has been on time whenever I’ve ordered, which is huge when I’m working around client deadlines. They’re not the cheapest option out there, but for the quality, I feel like it’s worth it

They made it sound like support would be quick and helpful, but that really wasn’t my experience. I sent an email and ended up waiting days just to get a reply. Frustrating when the promise doesn’t match what actually happens

I got my photo album from Printique and the binding feels really solid. The pages lay nicely, and nothing feels loose or flimsy. I’ve already flipped through it a bunch of times and it still feels sturdy. I’ve had albums before where the binding started feeling cheap quickly, which is such an avoidable issue, but this one has been great so far. Happy with it

I made a family photo book and, to be fair, it turned out better than I expected. The pages feel nice and thick, the colors look accurate, and the cover came out clean. Shipping did take longer than I would’ve liked, which was a bit annoying, but the book itself is really great

Had a small issue with my photo order from printique. Nothing huge, but enough that I figured, okay, here we go. Probably going to be annoying.

I emailed them and they got back to me fast. They gave me the choice of a refund or a replacement. I went with the replacement. Simple. No weird hoops, no long explanation needed.

The new print showed up sooner than I expected, and it looked great. just relieved it was handled so easily. Nice when customer service is actually helpful...

I ordered a few photo prints from printique.com, i was impressed. The little details came out really clear, and even the darker areas didn’t turn all muddy like I’ve seen with other prints before. The colors were also really close to what I saw on my screen. They did take a little while to arrive, but the quality made up for it. My only regret is not using them for some older photos I printed elsewhere.

I found what I needed quickly, and the ordering process was simple enough. Overall, it was a fairly hassle-free experience.
